Sample Reports
See the assessments before you invest.
Behavioral assessments give every coaching engagement its starting point: an honest, data-grounded picture of how you lead. Below are real sample reports from the instruments we use most often. Read the short overview of each, then open the full report to see exactly what you would receive.
EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360
The EQ-i 2.0 is the world's most widely used measure of emotional intelligence. This workplace report breaks your results into five areas, self-perception, self-expression, interpersonal skills, decision making, and stress management, then translates each one into how it shows up in real leadership moments. It is the starting point for the self-awareness that strong leadership depends on.
Influence Style Indicator
The Influence Style Indicator maps how you naturally persuade and move others to action across five distinct influence styles. Knowing your default style, and learning to flex into the others, is what separates leaders who can rally a room from those who rely on authority alone. This sample report shows how the styles are scored and interpreted.
Change Style Indicator
The Change Style Indicator places you on a continuum from Conserver to Originator, revealing how you instinctively respond when change lands on your desk. Teams stall when these styles collide unknowingly and accelerate when each person understands the others. This sample report illustrates how an individual's change style is measured and explained.
Hardiness Resilience Gauge
The Hardiness Resilience Gauge measures the mindset that helps leaders stay steady under pressure across three dimensions: commitment, control, and challenge. Resilience is not a fixed trait. It can be developed, and this assessment shows you where to start. The sample report walks through how scores are presented and what they mean for day-to-day performance.
MBTI
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is one of the most recognized personality frameworks in the world. It describes how you take in information, make decisions, and direct your energy across four dimensions. Used well, it builds a shared language for how a team's different types work best together. This interpretive report for organizations shows the depth of insight a full MBTI debrief provides.
Team Performance Inventory
The Team Performance Inventory looks beyond the individual to measure how a team actually works together. It scores the factors that separate high-performing teams from groups that simply share a reporting line. It is the foundation for the team-level work we do in the second of our three rooms. This sample report shows how a team's results are captured and visualized.
These are illustrative sample reports provided by each assessment publisher. Your own report reflects your individual responses, and every assessment can be run as an individual or a group report.
