The Service
Change management is not a communication plan. It is a discipline.
Most organizations treat change management as a checklist item. They send an announcement, run a training, and call it done. Then they wonder why the old way crept back within a quarter.
Our Change Management service is built on two proven frameworks: the Prosci ADKAR model and our own IMPACT Methodology®. Together they give us a structured, evidence-based approach to moving individuals and organizations through change, from initial awareness through full adoption and sustainment.

Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner
Our team includes a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner, holding the globally recognized standard in organizational change management. That certification is not a credential on a wall. It is the methodology behind every engagement we run.
The Problem
Resistance is not a people problem. It is a planning problem.
The announcement went out. Nobody bought in.
Leadership aligned, the decision was made, the email went out. And nothing changed. Awareness of a change and commitment to it are not the same thing. Without a structured approach to building understanding and desire at every level of the organization, announcements produce compliance at best and resistance at worst.
It worked for a quarter. Then it did not.
The launch went well. The training was well-attended. For a few months things looked different. Then the old way started creeping back, first in one team, then across the organization. Sustainable change requires more than a good launch. It requires adoption infrastructure and ongoing reinforcement.
Leadership is aligned. The team on the ground is not.
The most common change management failure: the people making the decision are committed, and the people executing it are not. That gap between strategic intent and operational reality is where most change initiatives break down. Bridging it requires deliberate stakeholder engagement at every level, not just the top.
What We Deliver
Six components. One integrated approach.
Stakeholder Analysis and Engagement
We map every stakeholder group affected by the change, their level of impact, their current state of readiness, and the specific concerns driving their resistance. Then we build targeted engagement strategies for each group.
Communication Strategy and Planning
We build a structured communication plan that delivers the right message, to the right audience, at the right time, throughout every phase of the change. Not one announcement. A sustained communication architecture.
Training Design and Facilitation
We design and deliver training that prepares people to work in the new way, not just understand it conceptually. Role-specific, practical, and timed to when people actually need it rather than weeks before go-live.
Resistance Management
We identify resistance early, understand its source, and address it directly through targeted engagement, leadership coaching, and structured feedback mechanisms that surface concerns before they become blockers.
Adoption Tracking and Sustainment
We measure adoption throughout the change lifecycle, not just at launch. We track leading and lagging indicators, identify where the change is not holding, and intervene before regression becomes the new normal.
Prosci ADKAR Framework
Our approach is anchored in the Prosci ADKAR model, the globally recognized change management methodology. Applied through the IMPACT Methodology®, it gives every engagement a structured and measurable foundation.
The Prosci ADKAR Model
Five conditions for lasting change.
Every person going through a change must progress through five stages for that change to be successful and sustainable. The ADKAR model gives us a diagnostic lens for identifying exactly where change is breaking down, and exactly what to do about it.
Awareness
Does everyone understand why the change is happening?
Desire
Do people want to support and participate in the change?
Knowledge
Do people know how to change?
Ability
Can people actually implement the change in practice?
Reinforcement
What is sustaining the change after go-live?

Who We Serve
Change looks different depending on where you sit.
Small and Mid-Sized Businesses
Growth · Scale · Profitability
In smaller organizations, change is personal. People know each other, roles overlap, and resistance is often rooted in genuine relationships and legitimate concerns rather than institutional inertia. Our SMB change management approach acknowledges that human dynamic, building buy-in at the individual level before expecting it at the organizational level.
Government Entities
Mission · Compliance · Community
Institutional inertia is real in government, and it is not a character flaw. People who have been doing the same work the same way for years, within systems designed for stability rather than agility, resist change for rational reasons. Our government change management approach works within that reality rather than against it.
Flexible by Design
Standalone or embedded. You choose.
Change management is most effective when it starts at the beginning of an initiative, not after resistance has already surfaced. That is why we embed it into every Origamic engagement that involves significant organizational change.
But it can also be deployed as a standalone engagement. If your organization has an initiative already underway and the human side of the change is not going as planned, we can step in, assess the current state of adoption, and build the infrastructure needed to get it back on track.
Embedded in a Larger Engagement
Change management woven into a Process Design, Implementation Strategy, or other service we offer from day one. The most effective approach: change management starts before the change does.
Standalone Engagement
Change management deployed as its own engagement, either proactively at the start of a major initiative or reactively when an existing change is not landing the way it should.
Delivered Through the IMPACT Methodology® and Prosci ADKAR

The IMPACT Methodology® provides the structural framework for how we run every engagement. The Prosci ADKAR model provides the individual change lens, ensuring that every phase of the work addresses the specific conditions required for lasting adoption.
