Why coaching
Leadership that sticks , from the inside out.
Great leadership is never accidental. It is built through deliberate practice, honest self-awareness, and the willingness to close the gap between who you are today and who the role requires you to become.
Whether you are stepping into a new role, navigating organizational change, or ready to perform at the next level, every engagement is built around what will move the needle in your specific context.
Clients who commit fully develop sharper self-awareness, stronger relationships, and the kind of leadership presence that produces results even when no one is watching.
What we develop
Seven dimensions of leadership growth
Own outcomes. Model the standard. Build trust at every level.
“You don't lead in a vacuum. Your coaching shouldn't happen in one either.”
Many coaching programs treat leadership as an isolated personal project. We know your real challenges live where your personal style meets organizational reality , so we deliberately work across three rooms, moving past surface-level advice to create permanent change.
With you
Your style, your drivers, your blind spots, and your potential.
With your team
Trust, shared goals, and how the group actually operates together.
With the system
Stakeholders, culture, and the organizational forces shaping the work.

How a coaching engagement works
Every engagement follows the IMPACT Methodology® , six phases that move from deep listening to lasting, self-sustaining change.
Investigate
Listen before acting. Understand the full picture.
- Leader intake covering history, goals, and prior development
- Sponsor conversations to align on success and scope
- Observation of live meetings and decision-making moments
Measure
Build an evidence base, not just a conversation.
- MBTI Step I/II to map preferences and communication style
- DRiV to surface what genuinely energizes and depletes you
- TPI for teams; optional 360 or stakeholder-interview overlay
Plan
Co-create a focused path , two or three areas, not twenty.
- Debrief assessments in the context of your actual role
- Identify the focus areas with the highest leverage
- Co-authored plan with 90 / 180 / 365-day milestones
Act
Do the real work, in real time, with real stakes.
- Bi-weekly 60-minute coaching sessions, in person or virtual
- Between-session experiments tied to your assessment insight
- Half-day team sessions every four to six weeks for systemic work
Control
Design the structure that keeps the change alive.
- A personal operating rhythm and weekly reflection habit
- Peer accountability pairing with another leader
- Quarterly self-assessment against a one-page scorecard
Transfer
Make the coach unnecessary. That is the point.
- Final reflection comparing original goals to outcomes
- A personal Coaching Playbook written in your own voice
- Optional 90-day and 12-month alumni check-ins
Which fits?
Advisory or coaching?
Two different engagements for two different questions. Many blend advisory context-setting early with coaching-led development later.
| Advisory | Coaching | |
|---|---|---|
| Core question | What should we do? | What do you want to achieve, and what's getting in the way? |
| Stance | Expert-led , the advisor brings knowledge and recommends a path. | Non-directive , the coach asks questions that help you find your own answer. |
| Primary output | Recommendations, plans, frameworks, or analysis. | Behavior change, self-awareness, and new leadership capability. |
| Best for | Specific technical or strategic problems needing outside expertise. | Sustained development of leadership effectiveness, EQ, or team performance. |
| Timeframe | Project-based, with a defined scope and deliverable. | Relationship-based , typically 6 to 12 months for lasting change. |
Not sure which fits? That's exactly what the Discovery conversation is for. We'll listen to your situation and be direct about what makes sense, and why.
